Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to maintain factory accounts.
∎ Maintenance of petty cash, cash book/ledger, etc.
∎ Making payments by verifying documents and compliance with the policy.
∎ Preparation of receipts and payments account and ensuring timely reporting.
∎ Ensure maintaining VAT register and records including the declaration of Musak-4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 9.1, and other books and paper records related to VAT
∎ Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT returns and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Responsible for all VAT-related queries and filings in a proper way.
∎ Able to prepare annual accounts of the company.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding export-import, customs procedure, VAT act & rules related to export & import.
∎ Update VDS/TDS records and ensure the deposit of respective challans in a timely manner.
∎ Submit monthly returns properly.
∎ Responsible for all VAT-related queries and filings in a proper way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
∎ Working under Central VAT System
∎ Minimum 2 Years' experience in Value added Tax (VAT)
∎ Experience with VAT software will be preferable.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.
∎ Candidate should be working in a manufacturing company.
