• Experience in UD-related operational activities

• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with merchandising and commercial teams

• High attention to detail, compliance mindset, and documentation accuracy

Fashion Step Group is expanding its Commercial Operations Team to strengthen bonded warehouse compliance, UD management, and customs audit excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-driven professional who can ensure accurate UD processing and regulatory adherence for export-oriented garments.

The Executive - UD & Customs Audit will be responsible for managing UD applications, bonded warehouse compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations for woven and knit products.

This role requires strong knowledge of UD regulations, customs audit processes, and export documentation accuracy.

Reporting To: Commercial Department

Key Responsibilities

• Apply for UD against export orders through BGMEA

• Ensure accurate declaration of fabric, accessories, and raw material consumption as per buyer requirements

• Coordinate with merchandising and commercial teams for UD approval prior to shipment

• Maintain and monitor UD balance in line with bonded warehouse rules

• Ensure full compliance with customs and bonded warehouse audit requirements

• Maintain proper records, documentation, and reporting related to UD activities
