Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, Channel Marketing, or Sales Support functions.

  • Preferred Experience Areas: Event Management, Retail Activations, Sponsorship Management, Shop Branding, Merchandising and POSM Management, Trade Promotions and Channel Development



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of annual and monthly trade marketing plans, calendars, and activation programs.

  • Develop channel-specific visibility plans and support trade agreements with modern trade, retail, and wholesale partners.

  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches, trade engagement activities, and category development initiatives.

  • Support the design and implementation of distributor and retailer schemes, trade loyalty programs, and consumer promotions.

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade initiatives, promotions, and visibility programs.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and implementation of trade marketing activities.

  • Execute and monitor trade marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and activation programs across assigned channels.

  • Manage POSM deployment and ensure compliance with merchandising standards and in-market brand visibility requirements.

  • Ensure effective point-of-sale execution, activation compliance, and category hygiene standards in collaboration with the Field Sales team.

  • Conduct regular market visits to gather trade insights, monitor competitor activities, and assess execution quality.

  • Track channel performance, promotional effectiveness, trade spend utilization, and return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing activities.

  • Prepare and submit reports on market activations, campaign performance, trade initiatives, and key business insights.
