Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area to achieve the individual sales target as assigned by the management.
∎ Spot out Channel Gap, Find out potential channel Partner and enroll new channel partner or Convert competitors channel partner into TVS folder to enhance market coverage by complying the TVS policies and procedures.
∎ Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring and Assist Area Sales Manager as and when required.
∎ Plan, organize and establish retail network/ coverage and ensure the growth of Market Share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationship with Channel Partners and customers and respective stakeholders.
∎ Visit the existing Chanel partners frequently and find out the problems dispatch (if any) and solve the problem.
∎ To communicate, Lead and Implement different Trade Scheme in the assign location/area among as per corporate decision.
∎ System and Process Implementation and Ensure Compliance with TVS policy and follow the process.
∎ Proficient to handle the issues & knowledgeable on managing market intelligence. Collect, Forecast and analyze the market data and the competitor's market data and report to the respective supervisor.
∎ Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Liaising with Distribution Department to check the progress of existing orders.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
