∎ Master Degree in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to assist in achieving all the activity KPI of territory products.
∎ Assist Head of the Functions in preparing different plans and activities giving various information, data, facts & figures and market feedback.
∎ Co-ordinate with warehouse, distribution and sales team for daily activities like products stock, delivery and sales achievement according to target.
∎ Visit market and showrooms and collecting market feedback and competition information.
∎ Develop visit and purchase plan and accordingly complete the product purchase activities.
∎ Ensure availability and display of territory products at concerned showrooms for sales improvement.
∎ Work closely with sales people and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
∎ Update and report to the head of functions on Daily basis.
∎ Share the scope of business development and cohesive sales approach in territory with head of functions.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis as per assignment.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in field sales/territory sales/wholesale, warehouse and distribution management.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Demonstrate a ‘Can Do’ attitude all time.
∎ Must have good negotiation skills.
∎ Should be proactive and energetic.
∎ Computer savvy.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
