- বেসিক কম্পিউটার ও মোবাইল ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- নিজের ল্যাপটপ হেডফোন ও ইন্টারনেট কানেকশন থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক
Responsibilities & Context:
- সম্ভাব্য নতুন ডিলারদের সাথে ফোন কলে যোগাযোগ করে কোম্পানির পণ্য ও ডিলারশিপ সুবিধা সম্পর্কে জানানো এবং আগ্রহী করা।
- আগ্রহী ডিলারদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে প্রতিষ্ঠানিক নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অফিশিয়ালি অনবোর্ড করানো।
- নতুন ডিলারদের সেলস প্রসেস ও পণ্য সম্পর্কে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া ও গাইড করা।
- ডিলারদের নিয়মিতভাবে ফলোআপ করা এবং সেলস বাড়াতে সহায়তা করা।
- প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত টার্গেট অনুযায়ী নতুন ডিলার রিক্রুটমেন্ট ও বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে কাজ করা।
- ডিলারদের যেকোনো প্রশ্ন বা সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান নিশ্চিত করা এবং ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
