• Product Sales,Medicine Products .

• Need to handle outbound calls to the prospective pertaining to the client`s business customers.

• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Explain the products and services to the customers.Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.

• Refer under solve customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.

• Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basisDo regular follow-up with the contacts and leads

• Handle customers in a good manner.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

• Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
