Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up with leads through Facebook, WhatsApp messages, phone and website order.
Call potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle customer orders and inquiries from all digital platforms.
Maintain accurate customer information and purchase details in the database.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
