Willingness to relocate and field travel.
Job location is outside of Dhaka.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit field regularly to monitor existing poultry farms and source new farms.
Ensure Bio Security and Technical services at farm level.
Motivate farmers to increase poultry farm area.
Achieve weekly chick placement target.
Train and educate farmers regarding farm management and vaccination.
Prepare feed, medicine, vaccine and chicks indent for the assigned farms.
Update live birds and farms information in the farm and office book daily.
