Responsibilities & Context:
Provide pre-installation guidance to customers relating to system requirements and physical layout For various brand of Plotter, pattern cutter, Spreading machine and auto cutter such as Gerber/Lectra /Bullmer/Kurish /Ima system
Install new or modified equipment ensuring full functionality according to product specifications For various brand of Plotter, pattern cutter, Spreading machine and auto cutter such as Gerber/Lectra /Bullmer/Kurish /Ima system
Train customers with respect to proper operation of equipment including safety procedures.
Test/diagnose malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem and observe electrical, electronic and mechanical components and systems using testing and measuring instruments.
Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair electric, electro-mechanical, mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other mechanical related devices
Carry out preventative maintenance programs to ensure proper performance of equipment
Maintain records of performance reports
Provide on-site and telephone support to customers as required
Customer follow-up
Collect and maintain quality metrics.
Update customer service tracking systems
Conduct product demonstrations as required
Ensure require product delivery to customers
Manage documentation on shipment
