Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's inventory, ensuring that all products are stored, organized, and accounted for efficiently.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using computerized systems.
∎ Receive, inspect, and store items as per company standards.
∎ Also Sales product and Monitor reorder products as necessary.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Keep the store area clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports on inventory activities, stock levels, and issues.
∎ Perform regular stock checks and reconcile variances in inventory records. Work closely with other departments to coordinate stock replenishment. Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
