Job Responsibilities:
To monitor floor-level welfare issues and ensure proper implementation.
To communicate company rules, regulations, and benefits to workers.
To handle worker grievances and maintain effective communication.
To promote awareness on health, safety, and worker rights.
To verify new worker ages and maintain related documentation.
To organize orientation sessions for newly joined workers.
To monitor dining areas and manage welfare fund disbursement.
To support and maintain Worker Participation Committee (WPC) activities.
To oversee daycare center operations and collect maternity worker data.
To analyze worker migration trends and maintain donor lists.
