Call Center, Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Making calls to different database to generate sales leads.
∎ Explaining the product/Apartment and offers.
∎ Convince customers and take feedback from clients.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
∎ Identify customer type, interest, collecting basic information which are required to make sale.
∎ Forwarding the potential contacts to Sales Team.
∎ Preparing report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have idea about the Real Estate Industry.
∎ Must be proactive and self motivated.
∎ Computer & English conversant.
∎ Able to prepare report.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company's rules and regulations.
