• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Climate Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Chemical Engineering

• At least 2 years

• Strong analytical and data-handling skills

• Good report writing and documentation ability

• Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, tables, basic formulas)

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment

• Basic understanding of project management concepts

• Very good command of English

• Working knowledge of international political, economic, and social dynamics affecting global business(Regular factory and project site visits required)

• Job Location: Corporate Office, Tongi, Gazipur

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, environment, climate, or project development (preferred)

• MBA with specialization in Sustainability and Project Development.

• Applicants from reputed public universities with relevant skills and competencies are encouraged to apply for the position.

• Support implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives aligned with corporate goals and international frameworks (GRI, ESG, SBTi, SDGs, etc.).

• Assist in ESG data collection, analysis, documentation, and sustainability reporting.

• Contribute to project development activities including concept notes, proposals, feasibility analysis, and progress tracking.

• Support climate action initiatives such as carbon foot-printing, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resource optimization.

• Coordinate with factory teams, consultants, auditors, buyers, and development partners.

• Conduct factory and project site visits for data verification, assessments, and monitoring.

• Assist in renewable energy and environmental projects (rooftop solar, water, waste, circularity initiatives).

• Maintain MASCO Impact++ sustainability software databases, dashboards, and documentation using MS Excel and advanced tools.

• Support compliance with local regulations, buyer requirements, and internal sustainability policies.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability-related projects and topics.
