Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Master`s Degree in Supply Chain Management / PGD in SCM is prefered

Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute MPS/replenishment plans by site and SKU.
- Audit Odoo transactions and workflows against SOPs (receive, put-away, pick, cycle count, issue & return, scrap, transfer, close).
- Monitor stock accuracy, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), in-transit aging, stockouts, overstock, and slow-moving items.
- Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile inventory valuation and cost flows (GR/IR, FIFO, Moving Average).
- Recommend SOP and system parameter changes (safety stock levels, order policies, pool ratios) to enhance performance.
