Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
∎ · Responsible for collection against the sales within the time frame approved by the management
∎ · Responsible for collecting AIT from customers as per scheduled time
∎ · Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products
∎ · Prepare and present proposals and quotes and recommend products based on customer needs
∎ · Proper follow up with customer till execution of order including realizing of payment
∎ · Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and market
∎ · Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team
∎ · Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
∎ · Maintain and update client database and profile regularly
∎ · Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships
∎ · Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ · Coordinate with sales team members and other departments
