Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall showroom operations, including sales, administration, and inventory management.
Achieve monthly sales targets for 2W (Electric Scooters) and 3W (Electric Rickshaws).
Manage showroom income & expenditure and ensure profitability.
Supervise and guide the showroom team (Sales Associates, Service Executive, Technician, Sales).
Maintain inventory records of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories.
Ensure proper display, branding, and customer experience inside the showroom.
Coordinate after-sales service, warranty issues, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit monthly sales, income, and expense reports to Head Office.
Plan and execute showroom-level promotional activities.
