∎ Job Location: Job Location: Banani, Dhaka / Adamjee EPZ, Narayangonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new customer, retaining and increasing business share to achieve the sales target.
∎ To develop strategies, tactics for sales achievement and profit targets.
∎ Meeting customers regularly and ensuring the achievement of a high standard of customers' satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for meeting deadline from order receive to deliver and to payment realization.
∎ Responsible for quotes to the buyers, presentation of products samples, query handling, order confirmation, sales contract with buyers, LC issuance from buyer's side, acceptance from LC issuer and customer after sales services.
∎ Sales reporting, attendance, office discipline and on time respond to company needs.
∎ Vigilance to customers need, business movement and competitor's activities.
∎ Maximizing profit through effective use of business KPI's and performance.
∎ Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
∎ Devising unique strategies and techniques to achieve the sales targets
∎ Identifying and winning new business opportunities within defined market sectors.
∎ To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customer's issues.
∎ To ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all complaints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-4 years' experience is must in relevant field.
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal.
∎ Good Interpersonal Skill
∎ Computer Literacy is a must.
