Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and executing all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Product promotion to the clients.
∎ Propose & Implement different plans for increasing sales.
∎ Demand creation.
∎ Achieve the Sales target of the assigned territory/area.
∎ Sourcing New Products.
∎ Conduct frequent Farms & Dealer visits.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with customers.
∎ Communication with the customers for sales and promotional activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve the target.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer (Especially in MS Word & Excel) & smartphone operating skills are mandatory.
∎ Must be able to ride a motorcycle (having a valid driving license)
