Job Context:
∎ Job location: Corporate Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.
∎ The job holder is primarily responsible for ensuring effective sales growth of Hyundai Construction & Industrial Equipment. Brand establishment, sales growth vs. achievement, maintaining key relationship with the clients, extensive market visits to foresee the market needs within the corporate clients is key context of the job purpose.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Self-motivated to identify target group and meet sales target.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing customer retains.
∎ Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Constant follow up with the potential clients.
∎ Maintain current knowledge of products and industry trends.
∎ Understand and explain the product, features & benefits to customers.
∎ IT savvy with good interpersonal skill.
∎ Demonstrate product and make presentation to clients.
∎ Address customer queries modestly and ensure customer satisfaction at all level.
∎ Collect Market data & competitors Information.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly activity report.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Construction Equipment or any other Industrial Equipment company will be preferred.
∎ Should be self motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure and responsible with pleasant personality.
∎ Should be able to work as a team member.
∎ Strong, problem resolution, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Decent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Very high levels of stamina and the ability to concentrate on the most complex and challenging issues with minimal support.
