Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Agriculture) / B.Sc degree in Fisheries /MBA in Agro Business / MBA with Major in Marketing or BSS (Hon's) and Masters in Marketing from a leading Institute/ University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target of the assigned area.
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Search and set up new & existing dealers as well as assist management to source best dealer.
∎ Order collection & booking; ensure delivery from Feed-mill.
∎ Frequently visit fish farms and provide technical support regarding feed/aquaculture.
∎ Frequent market survey and Competitors Analysis.
∎ Provide Excellent service to Dealers and Farmers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 to 02 years experience in any reputed Poultry / Fish Feed Industries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in sales and marketing of China based feed company or top level company are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, fast learner, and result-oriented team member.
∎ The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
