Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Corporate Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop segment strategies and plan marketing initiatives to achieve customer acquisition target.
∎ In depth analysis and profiling of different customer segments and their behavior patterns.
∎ Inter departmental coordination and complete list prior to the launching of any new campaign.
∎ Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders of relevant campaigns.
∎ Prepare and present periodic reports.
∎ Must have experience with corporate sales .
∎ Collect required data and information and provide feedback to the management about current trends & other scenario of this type of business.
∎ Should be able to correspond / work with minimum supervision.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls.
∎ Answer customers on products, prices, availability, uses, payment terms and condition.
∎ Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
∎ Visit potential customers to prospect for new business, acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and opening sales, gathering market and customer information.
∎ Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
∎ Promoting ceramics product to dealers and resellers in the relevant area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in marketing of building materials in corporate sector will be given preference
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially in MS Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Young, dynamic, proactive and smart.
∎ Fluent both in English and Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking and work under pressure.
∎ Ceramics background experience will be given priority.
∎ Candidates for this position must have mentality to drive motorcycle.
∎ Candidates having valid motorcycle driving license will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
