• Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Responsible for collection against the sales within the time frame approved by the management
• Responsible for collecting AIT from customers as per scheduled time
• Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes and recommend products based on customer needs
• Proper follow up with customer till execution of order including realizing of payment
• Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and market
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team        
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Maintain and update client database and profile regularly
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate with sales team members and other departments
