∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating long and short term business plan of building products like C.C Hollow Block.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan of C.C Hollow block for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitors strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Ensure overall sales target every month.
∎ Preparing training module for subordinate and ensure regular training.
∎ Properly maintain customer data base.
∎ Regular interaction with existing customer to ensure close relationship.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in every areas of operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Al least 5 years experience in related field.
