Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 32 years
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.
Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.
Must be efficient on manipulate & dealing with subordinate manpower properly.
Good knowledge/ awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.
Must be capable to perform with under pressure & circumstance related strategy to overcome from any quality worse situation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up weekly & monthly shipment plan chart as per PO ETD & plan for production accordingly.
Fulfill every PO’s packing list as per booking quantity on time.
Adjust leftover accessories in upcoming PO’s if possible.
Balancing line layout based on present manpower.
Minimize Overtime percentage & worker absenteeism turnover percentage.
Check hourly production report to improve production & achieve day target.
100% review rejection garments and rectify.
Good garments & left-over garments for increase cut to ship percentage.
Maintain 5S in section properly to fill-up buyer requirement to avoid any kind of buyer claim.
Closely working with leader/operator & quality responsible for quality improvement.
Do the morning meeting with all workers & staff.
Check the daily attendance report of all workers & staff.
