• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.

• Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.

• Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.

• Must be efficient on manipulate & dealing with subordinate manpower properly.

• Good knowledge/ awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.

• Must be capable to perform with under pressure & circumstance related strategy to overcome from any quality worse situation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up weekly & monthly shipment plan chart as per PO ETD & plan for production accordingly.

• Fulfill every PO’s packing list as per booking quantity on time.

• Adjust leftover accessories in upcoming PO’s if possible.

• Balancing line layout based on present manpower.

• Minimize Overtime percentage & worker absenteeism turnover percentage.

• Check hourly production report to improve production & achieve day target.

• 100% review rejection garments and rectify.

• Good garments & left-over garments for increase cut to ship percentage.

• Maintain 5S in section properly to fill-up buyer requirement to avoid any kind of buyer claim.

• Closely working with leader/operator & quality responsible for quality improvement.

• Do the morning meeting with all workers & staff.

• Check the daily attendance report of all workers & staff.
