Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from any reputed University/Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess & ensure Quality of incoming raw materials, intermediate and finished products as per standard
∎ Supervise and ensure the smooth operations of Forming, polish and Packing Section.
∎ Report process variations and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare required reports for management information.
∎ Assess & organize reagents/chemicals and other materials as required for lab operations and testing for quality assurance.
∎ Test, assess, and ensure the quality of incoming raw material, intermediate, finished products as per set quality standard.
∎ Ensure chemical and other test as per requirements.
∎ Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments as per standard & schedule.
∎ Ensure and maintain compliance of operation with ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard and company policy.
∎ Build and ensure good teamwork and motivate the workforce.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of the QC process and of self-improvement.
∎ Upgrade QC workforce through good practices.
