∎ Age 28 to 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure quality of products and satisfaction of the buyers.
∎ Follow up and monitoring QMS requirements at manufacturing unit from incoming materials to shipment.
∎ To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Regularly follow up QMS in production process and train to related supervisor & in-charge on QMS.
∎ Implement all QMS & Technical audit requirements in factory.
∎ Training to quality workers, leaders & supervisor on quality standard & requirements.
∎ Maintain all quality documents and SOP.
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that QMS of the company is properly maintained to obtain AQL.
∎ Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as envisaged.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Whatever task assigns by management.
