• Age 30 to 45 years

• Ensure the first-time approval of samples by maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Expertise in pattern making and pattern correction to resolve issues effectively.
• Apply production-friendly techniques to optimize processes and improve overall workflow.
• After receiving the sample, the sample Raw Materials Package will be distributed to the sample man as planned for the head of the sample.
• Ensure that each sample meets the construction, size, fit, and quality. Manage and coordinate the sample sewing team to create garment samples accurately and on schedule.

• Plan and prioritize daily tasks for sample sewers to ensure sample deadlines are met. Monitor and adjust workflow as necessary to manage workload and meet delivery timelines.
• Track sample progress and keep relevant departments updated on sample status. 
• Provide training for sample sewing team members on new techniques, equipment, and quality standards.
• Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and technical designers to clarify sample requirements.
• Address sewing-related issues such as misaligned patterns, fabric shrinkage, and construction inconsistencies.
• Provide daily sewing status updates to the sample head.
• Need to publish the sample performance report with management on monthly basis.
