∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Market visits, meeting with Prospective Customers, and Generate New customers
∎ Regular follow-up to the existing customer and up-to-date the customer with full information
∎ Work with the salesman to attend meetings, Collect customer requirements
∎ To achieve sales target (Quantity and Value) in the Channel, Corporate and Tender sectors.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team for effective communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Analyze competition activities for new product launches and coordinate with suppliers to develop differentiated product strategies accordingly.
∎ Working for Tender at the root level to win the project.
∎ To train salespeople and authorized dealers and prepare an assessment report.
∎ Product Distribution planning at a retail outlet, corporate branches, and dealer points.
∎ Determines product pricing by handling data analysis & market research of Currency Products and Paper Shredder machines.
∎ Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
∎ Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
∎ Prepare PSI and other sales reports to forecast Sales, Inventory, and Product Import.
∎ Proper communication with Suppliers to ensure after-sales services & also market information sharing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Product knowledge, Product Management, Product Marketing
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, and technologies.
∎ Must have a good sense of Brand Management.
∎ Smart, proactive, and result oriented.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
