∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years in product development for trims, labels, zippers, elastic or buttons.
∎ Managing raw material sourcing and pricing negotiations.
∎ Ability to assess product feasibility and optimize designs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent is responsible for independently taking care of all facets of assigned sampling functions involving all types of garment accessories (Tag & Label especially).
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing innovative Merchandise Identification products that consistently and continually meet or exceed defined requirements for product quality and customer support.
∎ Ensure immediate and innovative responses to customers as well as provide a vision and a model for satisfying them.
∎ Work towards developing service standards and strategies, which would be the company’s competitive advantage.
∎ Ensure customer standard requirements in delivery, samples, and orders are duly recorded by the respective CPD staff and passed down to the respective departments.
∎ Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
∎ Build and sustain a good working relationship with our customers through a constant process of discussion and negotiation enabling the organization to establish a reliable, quality-conscious, customer-oriented vendor base.
