Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Monthly/ Season/ Tender wise Production.
∎ Giving Style wise Daily Target by Monthly/Season/Tender wise Production Plan Based on Shipment date & Revise it if required.
∎ Ensure to prepare Daily Summery of Production Reports of all related production areas by factory in regular basis. Giving Style wise Daily Cutting, Printing, and Embroidery & Finishing Target Based on Production Plan & Shipment date.
∎ Follow-up Style wise Daily Cutting Target verses Achievement Based on Production Plan & Shipment date & Revise it if required.
∎ Daily Production Analysis & Inform Production Managers if any lack to ensure the On-Time Delivery.
∎ Main Store Accessories Follow-up Based on Production Plan & Shipment date.
∎ Passing all information from Merchandiser to Production Floor.
∎ Maintain a strong coordination with merchandising team.
∎ Maintain a strong follow-up of Cutting production.
∎ Maintain strong follow-up on Store inventory of all required goods & materials align with monthly/season/tender wise plan
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience at supervisory level
∎ Practically Experienced in Production Planning of Knit Garments from Fabric to Delivery
∎ Be able to establish and maintain Monthly Production Plan of Total Production, Coordination with each department for daily production to ensure timely shipments of quality products.
∎ Strong Personality who could manage, and motivate people to deliver desired results.
∎ Must possesses necessary skills for capacity planning, advising delivery dates acceptable to Buyers and all stakeholders to ensure that production feasibility is realistic and achievable.
