Responsibilities & Context:

Responsible for compensation & benefits, staff well-being, staff exit management initiatives and other assigned duties following office procedure, systems, policies & practices, culture, climate, structure, operations strategy, and advised by the line manager:

  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage, update and process the staff payrolls in close collaboration with the other departments, and ensure onward submission within 26th of each month to accounts & finance department for payment by dateline.

  • Ensure attendance and leave administration including payroll are processing in accordance with the company policy and / or definite practice of the organization.

  • Ensure that all relevant deductions are affected on the payroll monthly.

  • Staff Well-Being:

  • Recommend and assist management and employees in human resources related issues and concerns.

  • Coordinate with HSE Officials and Physician for medical and accidental benefits / facilities following guidelines.

  • Keep records of documents regarding additional night allowance, incentives, bachelor / family accommodation,other allowance, scholarship for children, leave encashment, and performance bonus etc.

  • Manage, coordinate & administer the festival bonus following company’s policy and / or practices.

  • Staff Exit Management:

  • Ensure that all staff (MGT & NMS) goes through a proper exit process using, including handover notes, completing the clearance / NOC form, completing the exit interview form, final settlement etc. and the exiting debrief with the line manager and update the HR & Admin Manager on all exiting staff for monthly payroll updating.

  • Ensure separated files are updated (resignation letter, left employee / attrition report, acceptance of resignation,clearance / NOC form, letter of experience (LOE), transfer, separation from job etc.

  • Other Initiatives:

  • Have to ensure HR Automation project implementation in a team by deadline from your end.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.
