Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service to prospects and existing clientele
∎ Make and receive prospective customers' calls to handle queries with care and sincerity
∎ Visit customer premises to talk about products /services and collect the fees
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of the customers
∎ Regularly inform/update sales head about the work status and customer satisfaction
∎ Provide entry to the CRM software (training shall be provided)
∎ Perform necessary administrative tasks to serve the customers
∎ Any related tasks assigned by the head to complete the sales/ service order
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
∎ Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Salary: Negotiable
