Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in MIS,IT, Statistics
∎ A Bachelor,s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science also preferable
∎ Skills required: Communication, Computer skill, IT Suport Service, IT System Management, MIS reporting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ERP Software Implement, Support & Maintain
∎ Collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve business operations and decisions.
∎ Compiling and presenting weekly reports that detail the results of our data collection efforts.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Keep senior personnel updated on lead supply stats and any developments affecting operations through regular communication.
∎ Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts
∎ Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Properly Work with Accounts & Store (Order, Invoice, Collection etc.)
∎ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress toward business goals.
∎ To prepare different kind of MIS related reports as per business requirement.
∎ To support process control, management and monitoring on areas like Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Production, Inventory.
∎ Must be good at Data normalization, Query Optimization, Process Optimization, and Memory Utilization.
∎ To develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.
∎ To recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
∎ Experience with software such as SQL, or Power BI is needed. SAP or Oracle is a plus.
∎ IT infrastructure implementation for Core Network, LAN and WAN.
∎ Maintain Access Control, PA Systems, CCTV, IP Phone and others IT services;
∎ Experience with servers and networking devices for physical and logical support;
∎ Ensuring the smooth operation of computing systems for stakeholders;
∎ Managing automatic backup system to take data backup for user's important data.
∎ Co-Responsible for user training, IT awareness program, and taking care of end-user users.
∎ Managing and organizing departmental documentation like SOP, SLA, and others.
∎ Maintaining relationships with technology vendors and service providers and customers.
∎ Depth knowledge on organizational business process for ERP on woven garments.
∎ Maintain ERP Documentation, user Training, and management reporting.
∎ Familiar with technical, Business Intelligence and physical operational mode.
∎ Identify and analyze gaps for integrated existing ERP systems and deal with CRM.
∎ Working on ERP Implementation and 1st, 2nd and 3rd layer user's support.
∎ Maintain IT Inventory register and purchase.
∎ Ensure day to day end-user support.
∎ Good knowledge on hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Good knowledge on IT technical documentation and Inventory etc

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following buisiness area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing(FMCG)
∎ Experienced on LOGIC ERP with all relevant all modules [Merchandising, Sample, Commercial, Textile Module, Garments Module & Stores for KNIT project.
