Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up with vendors for samples and regular production planning based on shipment target.
Follow-up woven product’s-specific trims, fabrics, washes, and lab dip approvals, ensuring timely and issue resolution.
On time placement of materials, trims, & accessories & follow up the supply status. Alert on the shortages & excess of particular orders.
Allocation & de allocation procedure has to be manage with in the consumption.
Monitor the woven product’s sample development process, ensuring quality and buyer specifications are met; manage sample submissions, negotiate with buyers and internal stakeholders as necessary.
Maintain the style check list for each & every style for receiving & issuing.
Costing and negotiation with trim & accessory suppliers as well as vendors.
Communicating with supplier to preparing inspection schedule for shipment and notifying to quality department or third party (if necessary).
Follow up on Import materials for smooth production.
Organize PP meetings in order to get bulk Approval from Buyer.
Maintain necessary record/file for day-to-day work.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendor, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across the supply chain.
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
