Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion, Market Research, Marketing, Strategic Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having detailed and in depth understanding of the brands.
∎ Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers and partner organizations;
∎ Coordinating with different vendors to prepare & execute different offline marketing collaterals.
∎ Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
∎ Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
∎ Plan, Develop own marketing campaigns and implement those.
∎ Be updated about the industry and marketing best practices
∎ Maintaining and updating customer databases;
∎ Organizing and attending events such as receptions and exhibitions;
∎ Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
∎ Evaluating marketing campaigns;
∎ Monitoring competitor activity;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill in written and spoke in English
∎ Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
∎ Self-Motivated.
∎ Able to work without direct supervision.
∎ Analytical Skills.
