Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Economics or any other related field from reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
∎ Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to gather relevant data from target audiences.
∎ Analyze data from various sources, including primary and secondary research, to generate actionable insights.
∎ Monitor and track market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to support business objectives.
∎ Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry news, market research methodologies, and best practices.
∎ Utilize statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data and interpret findings accurately.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies based on market research insights.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of our products, target markets, and customer segments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and report writing.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
∎ Proficient in using statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
∎ Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques.
∎ Knowledge of the latest market research trends and best practices.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
∎ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
