Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline, HSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Sr. Executive/Jr. Executive supports business development efforts by securing new business opportunities
∎ Assist to identify and execute new opportunities in local markets that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit.
∎ Conduct research to identify new local business development opportunities in local markets to include identifying new potential partners or acquisitions for the business.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Securing introductory or follow-up meetings and proactively working with business development team in lead generation development.
∎ Manage the communication for the organization with prospective clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites.
∎ Respond to inquiries made by prospective clients about company products in a timely and friendly manner.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The job will require lots of client (B2B) visits per day.
∎ Applicants having hands on experience in the B2B sales will be preferred.
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self motivated
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude
∎ Should have skill in business communication
∎ Should have good presentation skill
∎ Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure
∎ Should be good in written & spoken English
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Weekly 1 Holidays
