Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, troubleshoot, manage all IT Accessories.
∎ Install, configure, troubleshoot, manage Antivirus, ensuring data security.
∎ Configure, install, troubleshoot, monitor, maintain network, LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (like: Hub, Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM).
∎ Install, configure, troubleshoot, manage IP camera, CCTV, Attendance Devices.
∎ Monitor network performance (Availability, utilization, throughput and latency)
∎ Troubleshoot computer Hardware and good knowledge of different OS.
∎ Install, configure, troubleshoot, manage email on user PC/Mobile
∎ Providing constant support in the required areas instructed by the supervisor.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Preparing and maintaining IT Accessories asset report.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
