Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Sales and Client Service (open to Assistant Manager level depending on experience) to join our Bangladeshi team in building strong relationships with our clients and ecosystem partners and drive business growth through cutting-edge innovative technology solutions.

The succeeding candidate will be an integral part of our regional business success, working closely with our global and local Bangladeshi practices to articulate HSG’s value proposition by supporting the end-to-end sales opportunity cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales Directors to deliver excellent service to clients.

Lead complex sales cycles and work with internal teams to best serve clients.

Engage with clients to develop and maintain strong understanding of clients’ business strategies and requirements.

Create and implement strategic account plan to generate, develop and expand territory.

Develop and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from creation of a prospect pipeline to contract execution and on-boarding of new accounts.
