Buying House, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot the computer hardware and end-user IT support for LAN, OS, and e-mail issues, Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Scanner, and Printer & Other IT assets etc.
∎ Experience on network devices (Switch, AP, Routers, Firewalls, etc.)
∎ Have a good technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Security.
∎ Maintain liaison with external service providers or vendors on major system problems.
∎ Must have experience in hardware troubleshooting, Windows 10 and MS Office, software installation etc.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot windows server OS, antivirus server and file server independently
∎ Configure & maintain network Printers, CCTV/IP surveillance, Access control, and PABX/IP Phone, etc.
∎ Knowledge on Hardware, Networking and Security - Access control, Desktop, Laptop, CC Camera, Switch, Router, NVR, etc
∎ Knowledge on ERP, Tally or such system will get preference.
∎ Create / Manage Reports, inventory management and register maintenance
∎ Certification/Training like CCNA/MCSA/RHCE/Ethical Hacking/Security courses will get preference
∎ Work with global team/global supplier, co-ordinate and troubleshoot problem working
∎ Mentality to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have very good knowledge on Office and MS Excel. If you don't have very sound knowledge on MS Excel no need to apply.
∎ Very good communication abilities both in English written & verbal.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Hardware and Network support
