∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ PGD-HRM will be deemed as additional qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of HR, in strategic planning and overall HR operations
∎ Assist in formulating, developing & reviewing HR policies
∎ Execute and monitor over-all broad-based HR functions of the whole company as per corporate guideline
∎ Organize/manage/ maintain personnel records and files; create, organize and implement database where necessary
∎ Coordinate recruitment and selection process as per company policy and requirement
∎ Maintain attendance, leave record and holiday management
∎ Coordinate implementation of employee performance appraisal system
∎ Develop and update HR information system
∎ Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and other office note and letters as required
∎ Organize & conduct orientation programs
∎ Handle staff administration, welfare and employee relation issues
∎ Provide administrative correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, guest entertainment etc. as and when required
∎ Look after the administration including the administration of Dhaka Corporate Office
∎ Look after housekeeping of Dhaka office
∎ Handle administration and logistics procurement
∎ Look after office security issues
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have recruitment and selection skills
∎ Must have good command in MS office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. E-mail communication
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills
∎ Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience
∎ Must possess negotiation skills
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills
∎ Well organized and a good team player
