Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct/coordinate end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
∎ Conduct/coordinate orientation & awareness programs for the employees to educate them about morality, integrity, responsibility towards company, company rules and regulation, policy, and procedures.
∎ Prepare employees' Salary & Wage sheet and ensuring timely salary disbursement, and maintain LFA, employees Tax, and all types of funds and compensation & benefit issues.
∎ Defining Standard Operating Procedure and continuous monitoring Key Performance Indicators of employees' performance as per set benchmark and Perform Yearly Appraisal.
∎ To identify promising & poor performing employees, taking corrective actions and apprise for actions with the coordination of the Training & Organization Development wing.
∎ Conduct/coordinate in Training & Development, Succession Planning, and HR budgeting.
∎ Maintaining and updating records and database of employees' increment, promotion, and transfer.
∎ To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ Maintaining and updating different register as per company policy, submitting a different monthly report to the management & the department head.
∎ Ensure all company policies and procedures are being very thoroughly followed and issue appreciation & warning letters.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ To Maintain all vehicle related works.
∎ Supervise & processing all government (license related works)
∎ All office Maintenance related works.
