Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textiles/ IE from a reputed institute (BUTEX/ BIT/Ahsanullah/, SUST).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw material and accessories in house document planning.
∎ Expert in Fast React will be Encouraged.
∎ Prepare production schedule as per buyer requirement.
∎ Follow up received & delivery status and prepare report as per plan to concern person.
∎ Follow up production floor and maintain required MIS.
∎ Work with capacity planning & facility layout.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly report
∎ Have a knowledge on machine layout
∎ Embellishment Follow up to ensure on target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
∎ Understanding of IE tools & techniques of Garments Accessories
