Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering/Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Other people who have similar experiences from any background are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the process is in control to meet the quality KPI ( RFT,DLT etc.)
∎ Supervise & monitor in preparing necessary recipes for respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Investigate re-dying, uneven, and shading reasons and take necessary actions
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
∎ Follow-up in developing samples & Bulk production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Ensure that production is carried out in compliance with all relevant safety, health, quality, and environmental management policies,
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material to achieve higher efficiency.
∎ Responsible for implementing ISO, OHSAS, and OEKOTEX standard dyeing.
∎ Manage and develop subordinates.
∎ Ensure Dye house staff and operators achieve and maintain a high level of capability through the provision of ongoing training, support, and both formal and informal performance assessment and feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge of Polyester, Nylon & Cotton Yarn Dyeing will be desirable
∎ Should have good knowledge on MSDS, TDS, MRSL, RSL etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is desirable.
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
∎ Extreme Analytical skills.
∎ Knowledge of Polyester, Nylon & Cotton Yarn Dyeing will be desirable
∎ Should have good knowledge on MSDS, TDS, MRSL, RSL etc.
