• Bachelor`s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management any sewing thread company or a related field.

• Preferred experience with ERP software for inventory and warehouse management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the finished goods warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling, storage, and shipment of products.
• Manage and lead the warehouse team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production control and supply chain teams to align warehouse activities with production schedules and customer demand.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer store departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Utilize ERP software to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports on warehouse performance.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
