Expert in Quality Audit Management
Expert in Customer Complain Handling.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and update quality control plan to ensure total QMS.
Prepare and manage quality routine work.
Check and ensure finished goods and raw material quality as per standard.
Ensure total management of quality and duties of QC.
Prepare daily and monthly report and keep record as per standard.
Handle customer complaints and keep records.
Coordinate with external and internal quality auditor to conduct audit and prepare corrective action plan if required.
Trained quality team and new worker to develop quality skill.
Other QC related job given by the management.
