Responsibilities & Context:

Employment Status: Full-time

  • 2 slot office hour.
  • 8 am to 4 pm
  • 4 pm to 11 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive all phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing calls as per desire of the caller.
  • You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
  • Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
  • Should have good convincing skills.
  • Should be able to maintain a client database.
  • You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Day to day planning and report management ability.
  • Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if & only if you are very good & strong in oral
  • Communications.
  • Clint regular follow up.
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
