Education:
    • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Master’s degree in any discipline ( Public University will be preferred )
  • Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
  • Any third class not allowed

Skills Required: Computer Literacy,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Office,MS Office

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  1. Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
  2. Should have very good command in English.
  3. Should have sound knowledge in Accord, Alliance standard.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Look after the compliance issues in line with Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015 and also other govt. regulation bodies as well. Implement Code of Conduct (COC) provided by the buyers. Carry out regular compliance audit & put up recommendation, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
  • Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
  • Provide compliance training, Fire Drill training/Health & Safety training/PPE Training/Chemical Handling training, etc. to the concern employee as and when required for compliance issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
  • To implement corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observations/recommendation of concerned audit and submit the CAP to the management.
  • To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance must ensure that factory is maintaining compliance issues at all times.
  • To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
