∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Having Masters from renowned University will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Board Secretary, Company Secretary, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the schedule of the Top Management, reminding them about the schedule prior to the event, and always keeping them informed.
∎ Assessing priority of the visitors & appointments, and ensuring that the Board of Directors are aware about all important issues.
∎ Organizing meetings and ensuring that the Board of Directors are well prepared for the meetings and are aware about agendas. Giving briefing before meetings about the agendas and making presentations if requires.
∎ Maintaining, updating & keeping all sorts of records and documents of the Board of Directors & their family members.
∎ Managing local & international travel arrangements for the board of directors and their family members. Doing registrations, processing visa applications, booking air tickets, managing immigration works, transportations, and accommodations for the Top Management & their family members.
∎ Arranging and coordinating all the business trips.
∎ Doing all the pre-arrangements of protocols at VIP lounge of airport during the travel of the Board of Directors & their family members.
∎ Supervising and visiting the Managing Director’s personal houses (for rents, utilities and other issues), personal properties in different places inside & outside of Dhaka city. Keeping the Managing Director updated time to time about all the issues of his personal properties.
∎ Coordinating and supervising agro businesses of the company outside Dhaka and frequently visiting there for different issues.
∎ Providing all sorts of logistic supports to the Board of Directors.
∎ Visiting frequently to different places as per the requirement of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary: Negotiable
